I recently had a water softener and RO tap installed by Stephen, and the service was excellent. The installation was very professional. Really wanted to work with them as I’m looking for someone new and reliable. Unfortunately, twice they never came after scheduling and I confirmed and called right before the appt. If you have better luck getting them then they might be good. But after rearranging my work schedule twice, I think I’ll go with someone else.
