Needed a soft water system after city pumps failed and well water became extremely hard. We contacted two vendors. Upon contacting Huemann and speaking with the owner we knew we would be going with them. The owner explained everything and answered our questions, but most importantly told us that they often test water in our city and end up telling people they don't need soft water service. That kind of honesty goes a long ways. Technician came to test and inspect system and confirmed we had very hard water. The prices quoted were competitive and fair. We ended up going with not only the soft water but a Reverse Osmosis system as well. The two technicians came out and efficiently installed the units. They had a great personality and explained everything. The work was exceptional. We are now a month in to using our new water system and we love it! We highly recommend Huemann if you are in need of a soft water or R/O system.

Eric came out to do an estimate. He specifically stated prices include tax. He later, in text form, reiterated his prices included tax. When the invoice came, tax was charged. I called to inquire about what I thought was a mistake. He explained that because I'm in Wisconsin, tax is added. I'm not a tax expert, but maybe that is the situation. He refused to honor what he said and what he typed. I cancelled my installation. I refuse to do business with people that don't honor what they've said. Who knows what other mistakes he made that I would have to pay for later.

Their owner called and corrected Eric's errors. The water softener is in at the originally quoted price.

Originally, I had a consultation with Culligan which ended with the sales rep telling me it was impossible to install a water softener and filtration system in my townhouse because I don’t have a basement… I was very dissapointed until my friend told me about Huemann and how knowledgeable and spectacular their people are. He was right! Brad, our sales rep, really knows his stuff and made it happen! He was incredibly kind, reliable and helped me decide on the best long term solution for my water challenges.

Jake and Wess performed the installation and they did such a phenomenal job! The main water inlet is on the first floor (on a slab) in the closet under the stairs that shares an adjacent wall with the bathroom. They were able to build a trap and use the bathroom drain, and the installation looks so clean. They were even able to do it in a way that takes up the least amount of space possible so I still can use the closet for storage! I was also pleasantly surprised when they put the drywall back in for me - that is SO nice of them. After the install, they explained how everything works and gave me instructions. They were so kind, knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. I don’t think there could have been anyone better than them!

I am so excited to have my kinetico softener and dechlorinator and I know who to call and who to recommend in the future! Thank you so much.

Definitely new to having a well and had zero knowledge of our water filtration system that came with our house which (was) having issues with rusty water. Had both Rob and Josh over to address and discuss servicing their existing system that was installed in 2013. Extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. The service from the technician went well and took about 10 to 15 minutes tops. He was replacing reverse osmosis filters. 2 of them I believe a post and a pre. He was friendly and courteous But I was shocked at the bill. The bill was over $230 and consisted of the 2 filters, labor charges and trip charges of over a $100. I also am still waiting for an invoice on the service. I consider the trip charges excessive and I was not the only person on the route so I'm wondering if everyone got charged over a $100 for the trip from Johnsburg out to Marengo. I would have changed the filters myself but I am 75 years old and recovering from a cardiac arrest.

Our 20+ year old water softener and iron removal systems were worn out. Rob rebuilt both control mechanisms and re-bedded our iron removal system. That was a real challenge since the old material was solidified in the bottom of the tank. Rob put in the extra effort to remove all the build up and replace with new. He was fast, knowledgeable and neat. Now our system is working like brand new. When you find a company that is trustworthy and knowledgeable, keep them. That's Huemann

Huemann water brings us such ease and reassurance as home owners. We have had a lot of work done to our home within the last five years and to be honest, jobs are not done right and we are always worried what the aftermath will be with other companies coming out. It always is such a hassle. But with Huemann is so easy to trust them. They answer the phone, they give us a call back the same day, they give out information that is needed, they are always there. Wes just left our house after installing a new system and I love how he emphasized “taking my time and making sure the job is done right.” He said it without hesitation. You don’t get that today. Time. Doing things right just for the sake of personal values of doing a job done well and right. And we appreciate that. So Huemann will always be our go to for water needs! No question!
