If you need service, questions are answered and a clean environment. This location is great and if you have mobility issues is one of the best facilities for that reason. Dart number #9 drops you off with feet of the facility. Need to eat, hotel, hospital need, gas, get stamps,fuel/cigarettes or go to the library within minutes via handicap scooter or foot.

I was there the other day and the lady in the front Danielle was very rude, I know that I am entitled to privacy and she wasn’t trying to provide that. The eye rolling and hand movements acting very dismissive towards me. That’s not providing great customer service, they called for a supervisor which I didn’t ask for, but I told the supervisor what was going on, I was able to speak to a caseworker she was great! I will be requesting a FOIA for this location as well.

Very unprofessional. Customer service is not it here. A guy asked kindly for a supervisor because of how rude and arrogant the employee was, talking to him like he was slow, had the guy sit down to wait for the supervisor and then the supervisor walks to the window HOLLERING his name.. on the phone I was told I was to go to this location to get the form that I needed, when I told them lady she said here’s your forms call this number they will help you fill out the form, the lady on the phone said That’s why you’re at the office so they can assist you. I am pregnant and frustrated because the employee kept having me call the number listed on the form for assistance. Then said “we don’t do the process here it takes 7-10 business days don’t call our office or 211 as we don’t know your status you’ll just have to wait it out so again do not make a call to none of us.”

A lady today told me she was from out of town moved to Dallas because her husband was a DV person lady had 2 little kids tried to get food stamps and was denied I pay taxes for this reason so what is going on this lady is homeless as well ended up buying her and her kids food because she didn't get food stamps but they will help people who don't even deserve it...running a scam with out tax dollars

That employee's was extremely slow. They looked like they were tired and sleepy, didn't smile not once. I ended up leaving, it was so slow and nearing close time, and 4 people still in front of me. Oh well, that's the way government places that assist people are. No convenient parking, but signs that say...they will tow your car at your expense, pitiful!! Go figure ?
