Stay away! This HOA will make your life hell! I know this because of how they treat people! The developer is a joke! Hassling families just trying to get out for a day on the water. They have restricted the canal with 2 old rusty barges just to be vindictive. They are only hurting us common people just trying to enjoy the outdoors. They placed steel pipes below the surface of the water in the canal and my boats hull was damaged today 9/16/24. They need to duke it out with the marina not us boaters. GTH Hunters Point!

I am happy to see extremely wealth people enjoying the fact that their house is net zero and off the grid but it doesn’t come close at 1.5 million each where do normal people live the trades teachers nurses cooks and maids
