Been hoping and trying to get an apartment here for a while now, nice apartments, nice community, rent is based on your income, although I'm basically homeless, I would've given 5 stars, but their waiting list is too long and it's kinda unfair how they sometimes bump people up in the waiting list and get some in much faster then some that's been on the waiting list for months or even years

Not horrible decent for the price it's low-income so don't come in expecting a cabin in the woods experience staff is friendly hardly half to deal with them at all only when you decide your above the rules do you have any issues with them expect all types of people mostly friendly occasions of tweakers but it's ok it's better than oxford

Manhunt is awful here.Its not based on a waiting list at all.its one of those things its who you know that gets you a place to live.But rest assured it is being investigated by the state.So hopefully things will change soon for the better.

There’s an epidemic of drug use Michael and if you don’t like that these people are you say “you hear” doing and selling, then you have the option of moving!!!😡😡😡😡you can’t judge a place by just “what you hear” it’s called” minding your own business
