What an amazing experience from quote to job completion!! It's not often these days that we work with a company that has been in business 38 years and has not only the father but his sons, & their sons working with them on the job site.

It had me smiling ear to ear as they bantered back & forth working together as a well oiled machine that only comes with spending a lot of time together. I highly recommend them and will absolutely call them again when we start our next cabin build out. Nothing better than a true family owned small business that is qualified and competitively priced.

I had them install an outdoor 250 V outlet, and they did a fantastic, professional job at a better-than-expected price. They showed up on time and got the job done fast. Will definitely call on them again for similar work in the future!

We were customers of HydroAir for almost 20 years, and referred friends and family to them as well. We received good service, and trusted them. However, our A/C recently quit. A knowledgeable friend told us that the freon level was fine., but he didn’t know what the problem was. HydroAir’s technician then told us that we had NO freon, and had a leak that could not be repaired. He quoted us about $5000 for a replacement system. Fortunately, we got another opinion. Another company fixed a single wire in a few minutes, and found the freon to be almost perfect. The system is now working fine. I don’t know if the tech from HydroAir was incompetent, or deliberately trying to sell us a new system that we didn’t need. Perhaps, he figured since our HVAC system is old, and we are elderly as well, that we wouldn’t know the difference. Either way, I am very disappointed and shocked. BEWARE of HydroAir!
