Ordered my green house 10m clear film from Mike. Was a 2-3 week expected delivery due to high demand and it being a custom size.
I got in it 8 days to my door! That's service.

Great products, great staff, very knowledgeable friendly staff.

Advice:
go in person to meet the guy, you will be amazed at what you can learn from a good old conversation.

poor customer service. first of all, didn't get greeted... just walked into a bad vibe. you can tell the workers didn't want to be there from the get. too busy texting to come over and tend to the customer. basically had to flag a worker down when there was only one other customer in the store but neither of the two people working were assisting that other person either, every other hydro store we've ever been to always comes over and ask if we needed any assistance. lastly, no interest of sharing knowledge when we brought up questions... you can tell these people are greedy as hell. just "heres what you asked for, pay for it and leave". definatly never comming back here. your customer service sucks.

Spent a bunch of money on things they knew were not going to help the garden when I found out they got nothing useful in the final stages and tried to return them they told me store credit only. Just wait till the $2,000 and products gets shown up at their door

Substandard customer service. Poor selection and high priced(except happy frog soil). With the exception of the happy frog soil, idk why anyone would shop here. They need a suggestion box imo.
