Our well water was high in iron (above EPA recommendations) and smelled like sulfur. Matt came out and tested the water and changed the filters within days of us contacting him. When that didn't work, we determined that the water filtration system was too small for the home as it was located in the crawl space and couldn't handle the water volume. Matt put in a Penguin Water Softener and Iron/Sulfur Removal System, both of which are monitored via Bluetooth/Smartphone. Matt and his team were able to switch over the system with minimal disruption in water service. They were highly efficient, left their workspace spotless and removed all the old equipment from the crawlspace. Our water now is pristine and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Hydro Tactics if you have any issues with your water quality!

Matt was friendly and very professional, he came and tested our home water and recommended a water softener made by Penguin Water and some additional filtration. The install was very clean and professional. Now our water has no limescale residue and all cleaning is much easier. I highly recommend Matt & his team at Hydro Tactics!
