Ivan at ICN Computer Technologies worked wonders on my old iMac in September. This computer, which I’ve held onto for over 10 years due to its sentimental value, was running painfully slow and would often crash when I tried to use programs like PowerPoint or Word. Ivan managed to reset the entire system without losing any of my original files, which was a huge relief. Now, it’s running faster and more reliably than I ever expected. Called Wednesday morning, explained my issue. Told me to come by, he would take a look. Diagnosed issue, left Mac Laptop with him, needed to purchase a memory stick. Came back, drop memory stick off. Less than 3 hours later , received call Mac was ready to be picked up. Absolutely very knowledgeable , very cordial & at a reasonable price. He is an individual owner, does the work himself. Highly recommend !
