Absolutely Amazing! One of the few times I answered a door knock and I am SO GLAD I did! We worked with Brian Ray as our salesperson and he was amazing. I'm pretty involved in projects and he was willing to answer all my questions (sometimes a couple of times) and explain things at the depth I wanted and needed. He stayed with us throughout the entire project. It wasn't like other projects where sales signed the deal and jets. He was involved until the day we turned on the power. So wonderful!

As for the rest of the process with the company, it was fantastic. We have done a few major home projects over the years, and I was nervous because they always seem to end up delayed or complicated. But not with Brian and Icon. The personal touch, professionalism, and SPEED at which they completed the job was second to none.

From the moment we met Graham Christian from Icon Power we felt he was a genuine and honest person. We have been considering solar for our home for a couple of years and the people we had spoken to in the past did not give us a comfortable feeling. They seemed to be to eager to just sell us on a system. Graham from Icon Power was very different with his approach with us. We never felt pressured, on the contrary he really took the time to educate us on how the whole process works. By the end we felt we had a much better understanding and grew to trust Graham. He gave us a scenario of a timeline what and how long the process would take without over promising. Well what can I say he was on point and our system was installed in a very quick and professionally manner. I have friends that had solar installed and they could not believe how quickly our was completed from start to finish.

This brings me to the survey and the installation crew. Survey crew came out and we didn’t even notice they were here. The installation crew was awesome! They did an excellent job installing our system, while the crew leader explained to me what they were doing. These guys worked like a team that read each other’s mind. They were efficient and very careful with the equipment. They kept the area clean and organized the whole time they were here. Which to my amazement it wasn’t as long as I thought they were going to take. It took them about 4-5 hrs to install from start to finish. I was totally impressed with them all. Thank you Graham & Icon group for making me a believer again. That there are still good hard working people out there. We promise to spread the word on behalf of Icon Power and your personal touch Graham.

Brian is very knowledgeable, patient and is truly out to find the best solution for his customers. Once the installation process started the customer service and great experience with all employees involved continued. The installers were very nice and answered all my questions. Couldn't be easier. Install happened perfectly and everything was taken care of by Icon and our advisor, Jordan. I love that they are a preferred installer by SRP. It's pretty satisfying seeing that I'm using very little power from SRP!

Great overall experience (Quote, design phase, installation, power on and communication) working with Kurt at Icon Power! The reason I went with Icon was because and great feedback of the company - sure enough; we are very happy with our choice - I would highly recommend Icon Power. Icon, provided one of the best quotes, the system used great components (panels, inverters and racking), the installers were knowledgeable and experienced and there were no city/ AHJ rejections hence the time to power on the system was very short. Icon also helped improve our house efficiency by improving our roof insulation!

Not the experience we were supposed to have. The lack of communication from the beginning has been a serious issue. We never got to approve the installation until the installation was two or three days away. then they finally sent it over via email so we could look at it. What good is that if it’s either cancel it or approve it. The system overheated our garage over 150° on a regular basis I’ve had to spend over $3000 of my own just to try and cool. The garage down now is about 115 to 120° still electricity bill was supposed to go down, our solar panels were supposed to be enough to cover our electricity usage and then sell back to SRP. However, our electricity bill is not only did not go down, they went up. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked them to come out and look at this and it’s somebody just calls and says we’re gonna come out and then doesn’t or they don’t call it all, or they trying to do it remotely and just messed up even more. If I had to do again, it certainly would not be with Icon power. on top of all that, it was our understanding that GoodLeap payment was not going to start until March. I may be wrong on this account, but I don’t think I am. So I’m paying for solar panels, I’m paying more for electricity, I paid to try and cool down my garage, that’s all I’ve done is paid people and got nothing out of it.
