They don’t close at 4. That is a lie meant to make folks waste an hour of their life. You people need to have a little consideration and post your Actual closing time of 3:45.

It isn’t the transfer station’s fault, probably, but I don’t like that you get 1 ton/yr free only. Lived here 12 years. First year I am using the TS, now they charge.

Personally, I’ve never had a problem with anyone up front.

Yesterday I was angry because 4PM was listed as closing time, it’s actually 3:45. I suggested an edit to reflect their real hours and I see that those are now posted. If TS had to approve, kudos to them. Most places wouldn’t do that.

Lady that checks everyone in is on a little power trip. Made me jump through hoops just to dump. Which isn't my problem. It's her snarky attitude that makes her unappealing to deal with. They need someone else with a more positive attitude.

If I could leave zero stars I would, they shut their gates before posted times and offer no help to try to figure out where to dump. Terrible place terrible people. If you can find somewhere else to go please do

gates were closed before the time that everything states. when i called asking about this i was met with snark. sadly it’s the only place i can take what i need to get rid of or else i wouldn’t bother giving them business.

Nothing good to say at all except the gate person working your scales needs have training in professional respect to customers your front person is what everyone sees and gets disrespected not a good first impression of your city and county workers

If this is the garbage company they are the worst their rules are the worst and they are very lazy can't tell how many times they don't dump our garbage or spill it or block my driveway their driver gets out ant quality checks my garbage .literally even boxes must be bagged if you have a laundry bottle not bagged they wint dump . Wish was a better option
