Promised me one set of panels, gave me a cheaper kind. Refused to fix them even when I showed them the contract as proof. My lawyer said the way they write their contracts we couldn’t do anything. They didn’t connect the panels to my roof well at all.

The company itself is great! The salesman (Matt) has been awesome. Dealing with the company has been great. The roof tear-off crew was really good. The crew that actually ins tr talked the solar panels were great too. The only issue we had was with the guys who did the reroofing. They took several days and even had to be told to come back because they hadn't finished. It seemed we were an afterthought to them. They never showed up earlier than about 2 p.m. and one day, it was around 5 p.m.

All of the above. Their workers were very professional responsive and on time. I asked them to let me know when they were done and they did so. The quality and value of the panels is awesome. I would like to also complement my salesman Eric he was very clear and concise about explaining solar to me and what I could expect in the days to come. Informative and really convenience me to get off SDG&E grid and install 9 more Solar panels. My panels was installed early. I need to know when will they be inspected for approval and activations. Kyle did a great job!

The contractors who installed my solar panels were absolutely fantastic. They were courteous and efficient. The install process went very slowly and they were careful to match paint in any AMD all areas they worked on. 10/10

To be honest with everything going on with COVID 19 there’s been a lot of uncertainty And this all came at a good time for our family. We’ve looked into solar in the past and have met with lots of different companies. Lots of which have tried pushing their way to “get a sale” and rushing us to make a decision. I don’t like to do business that way. Preston was my rep and helped us go from start to finish.. and even when there was any delays in the process they made sure that I was updated the whole way which I appreciate that in a company. He went at our pace and gave us lots of different options and has been the only person that has been able to make it work with our situation. The timeline of it all has taken a little longer than I would like but I’m sure that’s probably due to COVID everything has been a little slower and shut down. Very impressed with the installers! good customer service and communication. Service is a big thing for me so these guys get a thumbs up from the Ledezmas!

The solar panels were put on the wrong side of my roof. I have photos and documentation of them all suppose to be put on the South side and West side of the roof yet 5 panels were installed on the East Side of my roof. Who puts solar panels on the East Side of the roof in San Diego ? I have put in my phone calls to Mitch the salesman and to Bernie the lead guy for EXL solar. Bernie told me he would talk to his Foreman Brian and see what they could do. I have reached out a couple times since then. It has been a week and a 1/2 and have not gotten any phone calls back at this point. Now I have solar panels on the wrong side of my roof and other solar panels installed the wrong way not per plan. Now that's gonna create a lot of holes in my roof that I do not want.. I don't know what to do but you won't receive a dime from me until things get fixed !!!
