I’ve had a fantastic experience with Illini Recycling for the last 5 years! Their service is top-notch, and the entire team deserves recognition. The drivers are always punctual, professional, and friendly, making sure everything is handled efficiently and quickly. Cindy, in the office, is absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly helpful, responsive, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns. This company values their customers and takes pride in their work. We love Illini Recycling! They are a fantastic company that is always punctual! You can almost guarantee the time they'll pick up your trash and recycling! Their drivers have always been respectful. There is complete ease in paying online! I get a payment receipt sent directly to my email. Their totes are a great size, are sturdy, durable. and easy to handle. Their rates can't be beat! The only thing I would prefer, is that they could pick items that don't fit into your garbage can, the same week that you call in. They often have me wait a week before pickup. Otherwise, it's a simple call in and added fee to get larger items toted away. They're a great service provider to our neighborhood! We've enjoyed them!

My only complaint is that they don't notify you when your automatic payment credit card has expired.
Late charge $2 will be added automatically on your next bill.

Everything else is simply perfect - super reliable and on-time!

They are customer oriented and I find their prices are respectable for the services. I also have never had a problem with my recycling or trash pick up.

Illini Recycling was the only choice I was willing to make when I signed up for service in moving here 9 years ago. They were the only company that explicitly focuses on separating garbage and recycling at the time. They are responsive and timely in their duties, and customer support is also helpful when needed. They are also great at keeping us informed when prices need to change (and conservative in raising prices). I would highly recommend them!!

We have used Illini Recycling for many years. They are reliable, efficient and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Their monthly fee is extremely reasonable. I used other companies prior to Illini Recycling and I can say there is no comparison. Another thing I appreciate is that they do not come through our subdivision at 10pm (or later) to pick up the trash/recycling. I highly recommend Illini Recycling.
