I went here after a recommendation from a friend. Here’s how it went. I went in Monday asked the guy a price for my I phone 13 screen. He told me $145 and my screen will be in tomorrow. I called Tuesday to double check. The owner told me he didn’t have any. More would be in tomorrow. So I go back Wednesday at open and he tells me he has no screens and kept questioning me about the employee I spoke with Monday. The owner told me $165 and to come back an hour later.

I called Phone Paramedics in Ormond, he said $129. I went down there and it ended up just being the screen protector that was cracked. Fixed it right away and it costed close to nothing.
I was so disappointed with In and Out. 3 separate times I was told there was a screen there for me.

Very bad place of business. My husband’s IPhone 15 Pro screen cracked. He took it there and had it replaced but with the wrong screen. My husband complained about the battery needing to be charged every couple hours. They admitted their mistake and ordered a new screen which was installed with an up charge. Shortly afterwards the screen began to separate from the phone. Their diagnosis was that the wrong screen ruined the battery and was on the verge of exploding. They installed the battery at no charge and accepted the responsibility from the wrong screen. What they didn’t disclose, was the battery was not a iPhone battery. The day of the hurricane the screen went black once again. Now they will put his old cracked screen on for $100. Absolutely disgusting business management

Do not take your IPhone here! My iPhone 15 Pro Max which is good for up to 6 feet under water was replaced here. The aftermarket junk did not seal, or the lack of experience to use the proper seal surfaced. After ruining my battery by putting the wrong screen, they installed some aftermarket battery which worked, but there’s a constant reminder in the phone telling you it is not original.
I will post the case number of the lawsuit here for those of you who took a beating from this workplace. Follow the case and don’t let any business take advantage of you. It will also be on social media
