I recently visited IND during a trip to Chicago from Canada with my girlfriend, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Ryan provided exceptional service. I couldn’t be more impressed with you guys! I originally sent an email asking about a Black X3 badge for my car and you informed me that the badge wouldn’t be OE size due to my car not being a m40i and only being an S drive model with the m sport professional package. To my complete surprise they actually said they could order the stock X3 emblem that comes with the car and paint it black and seal it for me as a custom order and the price honestly wasn’t bad! So I immediately said yes and within four days it was done and was on its way to me talk about a quick turn around for a custom order!!! I just installed it today and the quality is top notch and it looks SO FREAKING GOOD! I am OBSESSED!! Thank you guys so much if I need anything in the future I know where to look! Simply put, I was completely blown away with the customer service provided from both IND and Eventuri! Back a couple years ago, I purchased an Eventuri product through IND. I rarely take apart my F80 and don’t drive it daily. I revisited this part with the issue after having to remove it in order do engine work. I asked IND that I was willing to pay for the part since it’s been a couple years after install. IND engaged with Eventuri and with zero resistance or delays, both parties agreed to provide the product and ship it for free! Words cannot express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to both companies! Unfortunately I just don’t experience this level of customer service and wouldn’t hesitate continuing to purchase anything in the future from either companies…extremely top notch!!!
