I am a small business owner based in Morrison, Colorado. Dave at Independent Technologies operates as my IT department. He is extremely responsive, efficient and always finds a budget-friendly approach to my IT needs and issues - often saving me loads of money. The fact that support is remote is never an issue as the team can always explain what needs to be fixed if it is a hardware issue. On the software side they can seamlessly plug in, get visibility and fix it immediately without any security issues.

Made an appointment and he didn't show up. When I called to see if he was coming, there was no answer nor did he respond to any text. Then he argued he texted me, but he "forgot" to hit send...from a tech guy...forgetting to hit send. Not a recommended human.
