Came to the landfill with a truck load and the lady was very rude. I had never been there before and didn't know what to do or where to go. She acted like she couldn't be bothered and her instructions were not clear. She only seemed like she prefered dealing with the bigger trucks who were there more often and knew what to do and where to go. I wish we had someplace else to dump our large items. I guess next time I'll know better what I'm dealing with. I hope I don't have to go back soon.

Called today at 6, 6:30, a.m.. to see if they are open and no one will answer the phone, even though it says the hrs online to open at 6 a.m. Need to drop off a large load and have been doing business with pdc for these last 20 yrs.The lady at the office window would always answer on the second ring. I have always had superb service but now no one will answer the phone, I do not want to drive 40 miles round trip when gas is so high!!

I had an old travel trailer I "inherited". I used it for my garbage dumpster for awhile and finally took it to the landfill. I was told that I was the highlight of the day with the operators in the landfill.

Really expensive to drive to their facility, unload by myself a small truck bed of carpet and padding and pay them 100.00 for my labor, gas, and time. Other than shocked by the expense, it seemed like a nice facility.
