These people are the most amazing to work with. My home was hit by the May 2024 tornadoes and due to issues with a crooked contractor in the begining, repairs were delayed and mold started to spread. I have a new contractor now and this company has swoooped in to save the day on the mold issue! I coudln't be happier. I think it's important to say as well, that I have several health conditions, one of which means mold is extremely dangerous to me. Knowing these guys are taking care of me, it's helped me sleep at night.

Great company to work with. I was very impressed with John when the initial crawl space work was completed at our house in Quincy. He is very knowledgeable and recommended additional solutions, but the total cost was still much less than the competition. IEM makes the semi-annual maintenance visits very easy and the cost is very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

We've had several routine maintenance visits since the crawl space was cleaned and a dehumidifier was installed. Every visit has been great. I like that they can come when we aren't at home and access the crawl space. The invoice and report are sent promptly after the visit. They've had wonderful customer service when I've had to call with questions. Every part of the experience has been great. I would recommend this company 100%.

The previous homeowners left such a neglected mess we could not fathom someone doing this job without outrageous charges just to prep the area. I.E.M. just looked at that as part of the job.
