We had a really great experience with Indoor Green Solutions. We discovered mold in our ceiling when I was 8 months pregnant and we had house projects piling up that we needed to get done QUICKLY. They sent a tech out to test the air for spores the same day I called. One good thing about this company is they come to test the air before tearing anything out and will send the test to a third party lab. The results of the test will tell you exactly how much and what type of mold is present in your house. Our spore count came back high and turned out we had to tear down and replace an entire ceiling. These guys were quick and efficient. The guys that did the actual work were great and kept everything really clean and tidy. Really impressed with how well they kept everything contained and cleaned up after themselves. Additionally the customer service was great. They explained everything about the process patiently and answered all the questions we had in detail. We had 2 rooms treated and the whole process beginning to end took 4 days which included putting the ceiling back and painting the ceilings and walls! The work was meticulous. I would definitely recommend these guys. I’m glad I found them for my project.

They did a great job with my home. Very easy to work with - the remediation plan and estimate was delivered electronically. In addition, they worked a few extra days to surmount unexpected obstacles and were efficient.

Both my condo and myself used them. Workmanship was fine. Horrible customer service along with racist and sexist comments. Unfortunately, the invoice for the two bills had wrong information and I contacted the manager several times asking to edit the information to the correct pictures along with charges and it was still wrong. Both the manager and the owner yelled at me for not informing them about the discrepancy in advance and accused me for not going to pay them in a timely manner. The owner finally adjusted the payment. We later discovered that the company broke our bed frame. We have yet to be reimburse for the damages despite them saying they would pay for it. The owner "said he knows my type of people," and said that I would send a higher invoice of the bed frame, and mentioned that he did not care about customer service. Unfortunately, my condo association has not paid this company because they have a different payment process which they were informed about. I have received several emails from the company asking me to follow up with my condo and/or pay the balance of the condo responsibility. Beware! If you point out any discrepancy or disagreement along with being a black person and woman aka marginalized individual you will be met with a lot of hostility.

Indoor Green Solutions saved me thousands of dollars by providing a timely, expert opinion on a potential mold issue in our townhome basement. In brief, another company exaggerated a minor issue and recommended removal of whole sections of drywall. However, IGS did a quick assessment and recommended a more practical, cost-effective option. I am grateful for a company like IGS that puts the customer first.

I contacted IGS for mold remediation in my mother in-law’s basement. I got a response before the end of the day and met with Owen the very next afternoon. Once we decided to go with IGS they were able to start work the next day. The guys showed up on time every single morning. These guys dug a pit around 30ft long by 8 or 9ft deep BY HAND, in clay soil. I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they got to the bottom. If I had any questions, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a response from Owen. I will definitely be using IGS again in the future for other projects and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone experiencing water in the basement and/or mold issues. A++ experience with this company.

This is a great company to work with. They are punctual, responsive and take good care of their customers. Owen and his team (Kenny, Juan, Mario and his wife) are great, knowledgeable and so focus on what they do. They did an excellent job for me. Indoor Green Solutions are amazing...true professionals! They quickly identified the area with mold, removed and remediated it, and did a fabulous job with our rebuild. They are trustworthy, reliable and extremely personable. I highly recommend them!!

We had a great experience with Indoor Green Solutions. We used them for water testing and mold inspection. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient and we were extremely happy with the service. We would definitely use them again!
