Please do not use this company. I installed solar panels in 2021. My roof leaks and the solar panels do not work. I have contacted the CEO and service manager. I’m tossed around between the two and there is never a solution. There is no communication within the company. No one talks to one another and they do not know what is going on. Currently my roof leaks and my solar panels are not producing. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and I don’t hear back from anyone. I will attach photos of my solar panel not working for the past few years. Recently the service manager messaged me and said it would be $85 an hour to fix broken solar panels even though there is a 20 year warranty on the solar panels, that was never mention in the initial sell. Also I will attach photos of water damage to my ceiling. The company will not fix because they already fixed it once before. Even though my roof is still leaking and there is more damages they will not fix the damages. Meanwhile my family and I are sick during storms due to possible mold growing. I thought I should share my review just because before purchasing the solar panels I read all the google reviews and it seemed most of them were great. To my surprise it’s been a nightmare.

Conner Gemmolva was the first to come to the house. He explained all the details getting solar. He answered all the questions and did not pressure us to purchase.
When we decided, Ken Ruesche came to the house to help us with the contract and all the paperwork involved with going solar. He also configured where the panels should go to get the best appearance and strongest direct sun on the house.
I have both of their numbers and periodically text the questions which they promptly reply
The installation was great. The crew was very quick and careful of our new tile roof
Jacob came and spent all day installing the wiring
I had a minor issue which was immediately taken care of by the main office.
I love not paying for electricity anymore!

The experience with this company has been a journey. I will say the company will do good on there part but with time and patience. The equipment and technology has been good.
