From my initial phone call with Jenna, to the back and forth of answering my questions via customer service to the seamless pick up. I could not have asked for an easier process!!

The driver, Anthony, was amazing. He was personable, well-mannered and diligent. When I saw that he was by himself I mentioned that it must be hard having to lift and haul all the heavy boxes and his response really struck me – he said, with a smile – “I don’t mind. If you don’t work. You don’t eat.” That spoke to his character most definitely. We chatted as he worked and he told me he’s been with the company for 3 months and he enjoys that it’s busy, likes the work, it’s a female owned company and that the owner “is a very nice woman”.

The Town of West Hartford just had another successful shredding event with Infoshred! We have partnered with Infoshred for many years hosting events twice a year. Residents really look forward to it. Every event has gone smoothly even though we have a non-stop line of cars from stop to finish. The Infoshred drivers, who also manage the collection and tipping of the barrels of paper, have always been timely, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

In addition, Infoshred also supports our town in making our shred events an opportunity for collection for our food bank. I highly recommend working with Infoshred!

53' trailers with bunk trucks careful backing up from street. First go to the office on the left to check in. Then they'll open the gate and u back up your trailer from the street and u have to do a L-back because if u get dock c then that dock will be on your blindside. Small trucks parked on the other docks make it extremely difficult to back up there. If its dock H then its just simple backing from the street. The reception lady is very nice.
