Had an appointment for a new install set up through Brinks with this company today. Technician never showed up. Never called to even say "I will be over be over two hours later for the appointment ". No respect for the customers time.

We had a very positive experience with Innerlink Security & Sound - from running the wires after demolition to the final hookup of equipment. They did not cut corners, tackled hot attic space with gusto and did whatever was required for successful camera placement and installation. We would recommend their company and staff.

We have been using Innerlink for over a year now and have had a great experience with our alarm/security system.
