I moved in here 3 weeks ago it is the best best place to lived. Very nice community very well maintained and the staff is the greatest u will never find a place like this . When u walk in the door u feel at home already before evening looking at the apartment. I have to say I made the best decision to live here. If looking for apartment come here u will be so happy .

If I could give this complex 0 stars I would...I have lived here for over 10 years now and it's not what it used to be. For starters the new office manager can never  help with any issue you have. She prolongs things hoping you will forget and issues are never solved. The trash blowing around the parking lots is just horrible (alcohol bottles, half eaten bones, baby diapers, tampons, ect.) not to mention the big rigs that are allowed to park anywhere and everywhere taking up 6 spots at a time. It seems to be quantity over quality now. I have had to replace the tires on my car twice now due to potholes in the parking lot. My washer machine has not been fixed (i have been complaining about it for 6 months now). The office manager tried to replace it with a smaller unit knowing that's a huge inconvenience for me. All I want is for mine to be fixed. She waited too long and now it's out of warranty. It seems the residents have to suffer for her shortcomings. I would definitely spend a few dollars more and think twice before moving in here. I have called the corporate office a few times and they are no better than the office manager. My rent goes up every year (by hundreds of dollars) and every year the living conditions continue to get worse. This will be my last year renting from this place as it's time to move on to a complex that actually cares about your safety and wellbeing.

I have been here since March. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Everyone in our building is especially nice. I love how friendly Jordan and all the office staff treat you. It am thankful to be apart of this community. You all are awesome… thank you

I been here for over 5 years and have seen the community decline and is continuously declining. Property management allows anyone who can scrounge pennies together to reside here which clearly states quantity over quality. What was once a quiet single or family community is slowly, but vastly turning into the ghetto, which btw Lauderhill is a few feet behind the property. You have loud tenants arguing and earing their personal issues in the parking lot disturbing the peace, theft on the regular (vehicles) drugs on the premises. The money spent monthly is an over reach for what the experience you are receiving. Many tenants are not happy living here and the turnover is extremely high. Reason for why I'm still here is because I'm too cheap to spend the same price for a smaller Sq.ft. rental in the surrounding area. For what the market value is you can find better for the same price maybe smaller but your preference. No gate, pot holes, that seems never to get fixed I have photos to prove.. I can elaborate more but not trying to write a New York's best sellar novel here. Here are some photos of what you would be paying 2k+ for. "Resort living" is what is advertised on the entrance! Water damage to floors because of bad pipes. Also you can hear your neighbors phone ring from 1st floor level and when they take a shower..last time I checked I lived alone!

The rent, considering what most are charging, is affordable! The property manager and all of the staff is AMAZING! We had an issue with the dryer and it was resolved immediately, the neighbors have had similar experiences- immediate solutions! They are friendly & prompt! The property is beautiful with the waterway in back and very clean. Family and pet friendly! Close to everything!!!! Jordan in the office is a kind soul and very helpful!!! Love our home!!! Quiet and calm vibes!!

I love living here I love coming home from work the maintenance people are amazing soon as you call, you better be ready because they are coming. They put in new lights outside and they look so pretty in the parking lot. They’re doing the new gate right now that I can’t wait to see. The pool is always clean and beautiful and available. I love living here you won’t regret living here, the people in the office so so nice so accommodating yeah oh and did I say I love living here because I do thanks, Innovo

I just love Maria Su . When I came looking for a Home she welcome me. I took a tour of a one bedroom apartment with Maria and she was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all the questions i had. Now I have a home. Thank you Maria for helping. Also I she told me about the gate the is being built I love it.
