Went in to get my wife's phone screen repaired after she cracked the glass down to the display. Right away they looked at the iPhone and presented us with 3 options at 3 different price points. They were able to explain what the differences are between the options and guided us to make a decision. It then took only 20 minutes for the phone to be fixed and returned to us!

Stopped by with a cracked phone screen. Phone was too new for the glass to be in stock, but they were able to order the new one and get it all installed in a matter of 2 business days. Everyone was super friendly and professional, they went above and beyond to even make sure the new screen was for the correct color phone as to make sure it all matched up perfectly.

My phone is a Samsung note 20 ultra. It's been a wonderful phone until the screen went black. I'd heard about Instafix from a friend. They diagnosed the problem right away. "The black screen of death" Yikes! Not so fast. Instafix was able to replace my screen and what looked to me most of my phone in less than an hour. I was thrilled. It's scary when your whole life is in a phone. To be able to get basically a new phone/life for a fraction of cost of a new phone in less than an hour. Sign me up. Thank you Instafix!

This is my second time using their services. I cracked two out of three camera lenses and they fixed it for me as if it was good as new. The second time I cracked the back glass of my phone. The staff was really very helpful, friendly, quick, and professional. Very honest and straightforward, with no hidden issues. Honestly, I am really extremely satisfied. Service was kind, fast and knowledgeable. Offered to quote what my retail would be charging me roughly for a screen fix and was able to get it done much much faster at an affordable price. YZ has tremendous customer service and really helped me feel at ease at the temporary loss of my phone.
