Top notch customer service beginning to end. Integra Environmental provided a fairly priced system, installed by professionals that really know what they are doing. I was afraid the install would look obnoxious, but Mark and team really know how to make the system blend in. Most importantly, there was a clear drop in the radon level in our home. A huge thank you for fixing the issue and giving us peace of mind knowing it was done right.

Integra was very professional and friendly from beginning to end. Carmen was super efficient in setting up a fan replacement for our mitigation system that was installed by another company. I was able to get her pictures to identify what we needed. She was very responsive and helpful as well as very nice.

Tony, the owner, came out since they are extremely busy this time of year. He did the fan replacement efficiently and provided some additional information and tips to help us. We knew cost upfront when making the appointment, no surprises, friendly, quick to respond. He improved our existing system. I would recommend this group over other local radon mitigation companies and will continue to use the moving forward.

Had a Radon system installed in my 20 year old residence. No complaints from start to finish. I was easily quoted via phone, and the individual was knowledgeable and helpful.

Leading up to our install appointment, I had a few questions and changed some details of the project. Both of these were accomplished with a quick text that was answered promptly by Carmen.

The install crew was prompt on their arrival time, courteous and knowledgeable. They made sure I was okay with every aspect of the install plan and worked cleanly and professionally. After they finished the job, they made sure I was happy with every aspect and made sure to ask multiple times if I had questions at all.

Had a radon fan fail under warranty. Called Integra Environmental and, because they had a cancellation, they came out in less than 48 hrs to replace the unit. Gave them access to the back yard and they did the job without me even being home. Clean, prompt and professional work. Their customer service is great as well. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, professional. Answered all my many questions. Install was seamless. Could not recommend them highly enough. Including Carmen, who handled the phones and made communication very easy.
Also, the Airwell system is far and away the best one out there, for many reasons.
