The Intelligent Office has provided virtual reception service for several years and has proven to be of immense value to my company. It has been increasingly evident that having access to their professional services has helped me to manage my business in a much more efficient manner.

the Intelligent Office receive phone calls is to free up some of my time answering calls yet not miss calls that are important and require my action or attention. To be sure, this is working as I am not spending nearly the amount of time on answering phones ... so much so I worry that I am missing important calls. Perhaps there is a way of finessing the instructions to allow for calls to come through that I have not been getting without inundating me with unnecessary interruptions.

The intelligent office staff are exceptionally well trained and professional to the point that a caller would believe they are part of my office staff. As such there services would qualify as exceptional customer service without a doubt.

Bottom line .. the amount of time that has been saved for me has proven to be much more valuable than the cost of their services.

There is nothing more frustrating than getting an automated voice answering machine when trying to reach someone. Intelligent office was the perfect fit for my business. I am Broker/Owner of a real estate company and with the agents busy schedules it is imperative we receive phone calls as they are coming in. Intelligent Office had just what we were looking for. However, as our business grew, we now have a long term office and the view is breath taking! The front office staff is amazing and very friendly.
