There was plenty of room to back, and unloading did not take too long. The yard jockey and customer service reps were really nice and efficient. The only negative was the signs. One way told you to enter a different drive that did not take trucks to the area they needed to be in for check-in.

We got here about three hours before appointment time and pulled up to the stop sign near door 18. Checked in by text and was called to a door right away. Was told to back in but don’t open door till told. Was about 30 minutes and was told to open doors. Then it was about hour and we were unloaded and sent a text to check out. Then was called to come and get check out paperwork by door 18. Great experience!

That lady whoever is in that office is extremely impatient and rude when it was time for me to check out I didn’t go to the office fast enough for her so she calls my phone again but this time curses at me. Funny part is when I go to get my paperwork she wouldn’t even turn to look me in my face the paper was just sitting on the counter with my door number . I don’t get why these people take these little dead end jobs so personal

I didn’t have any issues easy to get in and out I like the check in process no one banging on my door. Got a door immediately and didn’t wait long to get loaded. Watch out for the yard jockey they zip threw the parking lot like a bat out of hell

Make reefer fuel is 3/4 or higher.. yep they check your trailer pull up to the l8ne text the number on the sign... they will give directions next... easy drop n hooks

This is the 2nd best company I work for in 30 years 1st was Kimberly Clark 2nd iwi they treat u like family with etc of gifts and perfect attention and a lot more and they have 6 different shifts so that shows they work with you I love this place am not leaving thanks Carlos Morales, Paige my hr,miles and Larry my supervisor's we family now

This place is a joke they want you to text all the pictures and Bol to them wasted so much time here when all you got to do is walk in the building and give her the bol then she wants to argue with you so you didn't send a pictures get it right in front of her and she says oh it went through people are so stupid and lazy you don't need to sit there and text all the pictures it's easier to just walk in there and give you your bills unbelievable how this world is coming with texting now she calls me back and tells me my trailer number does not match my bill of lading so I read the numbers off the trailer and as well that's the same one that's on a bill of lading oh I guess the guard written down the wrong number duh then I go back in there because I have to do a pickup from the place they see me there at the window why are there gossiping to each other about their weekend eating their breakfast looking at me cuz I'm waiting for the computer to make a ping sound that is so unefficient of a company who came up with this ideal it's got to be dumb

Good place to load. Got here just under an hour before appointment. Gave me a door right away. Started loading immediately. Nice people both at check in and in the warehouse. The place is organized and clean too. Lots of room to move around. In and out in about an hour. A job well done
