No longer open in Orlando. After calling the listed number, I arrived to drop off a sample. I was told they no longer operate from this location. I was told they are only in New Jersey when I called again.

Totally and utterly disorganized and terrible communication. We told them certain dates that work for us for the inspector, and after about a week they didn't get back to us. We called and they told us that they still needed to talk to the inspector to find a date that works. Then they emailed us the contract to sign. It had the wrong address. I emailed them back telling them this, and they didn't respond. Then I called them and was told my email "got lost among all the other emails". Then they re-sent the contract, and it STILL had the wrong address. Next, they told me that I could give the check to the inspector. When the inspector shows up, I ask him about this, and he says he has never taken payment from a customer and that he doesn't know what to do with a customer's payment. Also, a couple hours before the inspection, I get an email with the same contract that I signed (this time blank) STILL with the wrong address. I call them and they tell me it was a mistake. Finally, I get two emails that my payment has been received and thanking me for my payment, yet my bank shows that the check hasn't been deposited. I contact my bank asking if there is an issue with my account, and they say there is no issue. Then I contact IRIS, and they say it will take them up to 3 business days to deposit the check. Then they keep sending me emails asking me to give them a review! Unbelievable! Please stop playing games with your customers and get yourself organized!
