Craig set up my new iPad and installed the new screen protector on it. Screen protectors are tricky to install, but Craig was very patient and did an excellent job with it. He is personable and professional. He explained everything about setting up the iPad in a way that we were able to easily understand. We will definitely call Craig again with any computer questions.

Craig was extremely responsive in our unique situation. He had to get on one boat and travel 20 min to get to our other boat to help us and did so the day after I called him for help. I should have contacted Island Tech to resolve my computer O/S problem after replacing the SSD. I wasted countless hours and wasted money buying a Windows 11 installation thumb drive. It is apparent that Island Tech has the experience to solve these types of problems. We also appreciate these types of businesses on Pine Island Florida so we don't have to travel off our island,

I've been there several times. Sometimes because my very analog brain couldn't figure it out and also with major tech problems. I've ALWAYS received prompt, courteous and reasonable service. Craig is a top notch technician and the Judsons are wonderful people.

My mother had Craig fix her computer about 15 years ago and I was in tech school. My computer for my school messed up and she said that she knows a good company to fix it. I have moved across state and still travel 150+ miles to have him fix it.Whatever is wrong he gets it right. Craig is the only one I have, and will, work on my computers
