Doug and his team at ITS Environmental Services were fantastic! From start to finish they were easy to work with and got the job done professionally and quickly. After my initial call, Doug was here the next day for a consultation and explained what should be done based on an inspection of the area and his expertise. Within days the work began. We felt so relieved ITS did the work and knowing it was done right. Communication was great and their services top notch. I highly recommend ITS Environmental Services.

WOW WOW WOW. Words cannot express how satisfied I am with ITS. From the beginning, I had been in contact with Doug (owner/president). He was kind, courteous and more than accommodating. On short notice he was able to get some of his staff to come disinfect two, two story homes in relation to COVID. (even threw in and did the basement! ) When they arrived (early!) one of the ladies introduced herself, I did a walk through and explained everything so thoroughly. I love that they use botanical/green products and even smells like spice once its done! I feel very blessed to have found them and would DEFINTELY recommend Doug and his services for any need.

ITS Environmental is an excellent company. My first phone conversations with Doug were very helpful. He talked to me several times to explain the process and what to expect. He sent me literature on the chemicals he was going to use and answered so many questions that I had. They used a great product that would not hurt us or the environment in any way as well as being safe for our 2 dogs! Doug never pressured me to go ahead with the service and even on the morning of the appointment I had many concerns and we texted at 5:45am and he allayed my fears yet again and made me feel good about the decision to have them come that day.
Eric & Christopher were excellent too. They made me feel 100% comfortable about the whole job, the whole time. They understood my fears & vulnerability and were absolutely fantastic and so professional. They went above & beyond. A great company starts at the top and I would highly recommend ITS Environmental to anyone. Thank you for making a difficult situation smooth and easy!!

Best investment ever! After calling two other companies and getting 3k plus quotes a friend referred me to ITS which came in at a quarter of the price. Doug the owner, personally called me back immediately and set up a crew to come within a couple hours to clean up a literal bloody mess after a bad fall. Within an hour, what I imagined would never be perfectly clean again was spotless! On top of the immaculate job and acute attention to detail, the crew was not only incredibly kind and patient but extremely efficient in getting the job done thoroughly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend ITS. I am actually having them clean a boat today!

HIRE THEM NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I rarely write reviews, and had to because of how amazing this entire team is.

I'm a 27 year old in a studio apartment in East Village, and was in a dire situation after rats got into my apartment and absolutely ransacked it. 80% of my things were contaminated, and I couldn't live there for almost a month. I was devastated. I'm beyond grateful to have found this company, as no regular cleaning services take on rats. Doug, the owner, was so responsive, kind, and knowledgeable, and had a team there within 48 hours. The team was unbelievable! They went above and beyond, and cleaned everything super quickly. Erik was the best, and sent updates throughout the entire process. I've had men in my apartment before fixing things who have been so creepy / found me on social media afterwards (terrifying), and these guys were nothing but professional, funny, and actually listened to how distressed I was. No other company I called seemed to care at all. I'm so relieved to have my stuff back, and feel good about touching everything. They use HEPA and amazing environmentally friendly products. I really can't recommend them enough, 10/10 would hire them again in a heartbeat. Truly the best in the game all around.

Doug’s team was amazing at a time where we found ourselves completely overwhelmed. Eric, Chris, Cody and the team were able to accomplish what we could not in the short amount of time we were afforded. What we thought could be handled by ourselves, quickly turned into a daunting task for health reasons as well as the enormity of the task we faced.
When I first spoke to Doug on the phone, he gave a brief explanation about what they do. He let me ask as many questions as I needed, relevant or not, and answered each one clearly. Doug arrived at the house without a clipboard, reviewed the situation, asked pertinent questions and made suggestions. He never once spoke in terms we didn’t understand and never once tried to impress us. He asked what WE needed most, and never once tried to upsell. He explained the process clearly and made us feel that it was going to be “OK”. He told us which rooms he felt needed immediate attention for the safety of our family member, and to deal with the other later. We asked only have the dumpster dropped off a few days early so we could get started ourselves as well as removing the trash bags already filled.
When the team arrived, they went thru the house to see what was in store for them. Never once did they embarrass us, make us feel uncomfortable or appear the task was beneath them. I actually think some enjoy it. They could see our pain and embarrassment as well as feel our anxiety. They let us know the house was in good hands and they would take good care. We were told just to let them know what to look for, if anything specific, and then hang out. We could not. They allowed us to work beside them because we felt this was our job too. This was our family member, but they were helping with the big stuff.
At the end of the first day the change was amazing. They work HARD! They could see we were grieving and told us it was going to be ok. The next day the first thing they did was check our mental health. How was your evening? How are you today? They don’t just come to do a job, they care about their clients. They see that it’s a grieving process, not just stuff. Every day they were there they checked on us as we the job progressed.
If anyone is looking for a caring, honest company to help them with any random project to a full on remediation, this is the team.

ITS is an outstanding company! I couldn't ask for better service at a hectic time! Doug came out to give us a free estimate the next morning after I called in the evening and spoke to him (when I wasn't even expecting anyone to answer at that hour) and was right on time. He was able to get a two-person crew on site within the hour, as promised, after arriving to give the estimate for our small job! Doug and the crew, (Eric and Alex) were all professional, courteous, friendly, and thorough in their work. And FAST! Eric and Alex were done in half an hour! Granted it was a small job, but it would have taken me a lot longer, I can assure you. They left the place sparkling clean and left no waste behind. I would HIGHLY recommend ITS to anyone who needs cleaning or remediation of any kind! Their combination of great price, fast thorough work and excellent service with a smile can't be beat!

Had a huge leak from are main waste pipe. Contacted the company and spoke to Doug. he immediately responded and was at my house with another co worker in less then half hour was early and punctual did an amazing job explaining what they would do to help. was very professional and suggested amazing things to do in the mean time. When I called to schedule there was no issues schedule me immediately came the next day early again with an amazing friendly professional crew that got the job done. Provided everything we needed and made the issue w had a small one. would highly recommend and use in the future.
