I liked living in this building and renting with Ivy. The prices were fair, and the building is overall very clean with great, new amenities. The laundry space downstairs was clean and the machines always work.

Management was easy to reach and handled my requests for right away, and the maintenance man was always so kind. I also didn't encounter any hidden fees. What you pay for is what you get, which was very refreshing.

The only downside is that the trash is downstairs and outside, and in the winter some of the tenants would be too lazy to take out their trash, so they would leave it in the stairwell. But management handled this fairly well, and maintenance would clear it out.
