Definitely not authentic tacos. With that said tho they are so frkn delicious tho. Great service and very friendly staff.

We were on a car trip and stopped at this Jack in the Box. We ordered a fairly big order, and they took awhile, which was to be expected. However, when we got our food, we were missing items and we got the wrong items. To top it all off, there was mold on at least two of our buns for our burgers and chicken sandwiches.

Jack-in-the-Box for the win I went through ordered quite a bit of food for my family. They were very polite and quick to take my order. The front window lady was super pleasant and asked me to pull around. Expecting a long wait time. I was pleasantly surprised when my food was right out to me very hot and everything was correct, my family was so happy with the breakfast along with tacos and eggrolls thank you Jack-in-the-Box

My first time here. I had second thoughts because of all the negative reviews. Glad I came. I got the 8 piece chicken nuggets and fries. Very crispy. They were also fresh and hot. Food came out very quick. I recommend!!!

Couldn’t review the food because we never got it. It was given to another customer. Waited almost 40 minutes for two cheeseburger meals and had to go inside to figure out what was going on. The gal at the drive thru gave our food to another customer. Then we were told the manager just left and they got slammed. There was no one in there when we went in. Ended up getting a refund and going across the street to Burger King. Terrible, never go here if your driving thru the area.

I would like to express my experience at Jack in the Box. The restaurant was quite busy, with only three employees working. I placed my order and was informed that there might be a 20-25 minute wait, which was acceptable as we were not in a hurry. The employees did their best to fulfill the orders and were very friendly. We ordered milkshakes with our kids' meals, and they were given large shakes, which my children thoroughly enjoyed.

My sandwiches weren’t made correctly (no modifications were requested), as both were missing ham. The Ultimate Sourdough was disappointingly flat—flatter than cold pancakes. The energy drink was mostly ice, leaving just a few sips in a very small cup. Considering the prices, I expected much better. On the positive side, the Breakfast Jacks, curly fries, and mocha were good. However, I’m not impressed with this location overall.

I had not been to a jack in the box for years and did not know what was really good. The young man was very nice and enthusiastic about selling me food that was easy to eat in the car. The wraps were great and so were the tiny tacos.
