Eli and Jim from Jacobs Air Conditioning and Heating (JACH) installed a dustless heat pump on our greenhouse on Monday, 18 November 2024. Their work on installing the Dustless Heat Pump (mini-split) was very professional and with appropriate details. They also removed the not functioning gas heater we had in the greenhouse. I recommend the work and service of Jacobs Air Conditioning and Heating.

I was so impressed with Jacob's employees and process. I had a mini split system installed in my basement office. The was able to call schedule a quote, it was not a pushy process. It took my time to decide what I needed. I emailed to have them come back to whittle down exactly what I needed for the space, they requoted and I was able to pay from an emailed quote. The front desk was efficient and pleasure when arranging an install date. The installer was wonderful, he kept the space tidy, worked efficiently and clearly was skilled in his work. It am so happy they were able to install this unit before the cold nap of January 2024, I would not have been able to work in a basement of in 10 degree weather. Thank you for all your do.

I recently had a preventive maintenance courtesy visit from Jacobs Air Conditioning & Heating, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. During the visit, the technician discovered a failing component in my system. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and assured me that they would replace the component.

What truly stood out was the technician’s dedication to getting to the root cause of the problem. He meticulously researched and troubleshooted the outside unit to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. This level of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare to find.

I was very happy with the prompt scheduling for Jacobs to come out and give me a bid for replacement of an old boiler. Jim came out and measured to make sure of the size needed. When I called the office with a question, Eli called me back to make sure all of my questions were answered. I was so thankful that once the boiler came in, Jacobs air conditioning and heating promptly set up an appt for the following week to install it. It’s so nice to have heat again and each person at Jacobs that I dealt with was so very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Jacobs Heating and Air.
