Absolutely fantastic service from Orca and I didn't get the gentleman's name. But I had been looking all over the county for a little nut for an M2 drive My M2 drive did not come with one and my windows operating system continuously kept crashing because of low storage. And for some reason on Amazon all the nuts for M2 drives were like 3 weeks out. Well they came in clutch for me. I then talked about partitioning drives other things which I knew I didn't have to do on this M2 drive that's old ancient technology. But it was just a great fantastic experience and they really saved me.

Absolutely the best experience at JCO! Met with them, set the appointment. Completely blown away by the amazing customer service. Took them the PC I wanted to upgrade and the new GPU. Installed same day. Absolutely amazing build quality. The cable management is flawless. Looks like a brand new PC. I will be taking all of our gaming PC's to JCO from now.

Fantastic shop! I was in a panic after getting an M.2 drive for my PC but realizing I didn’t have the mounting screw. Apparently, M.2 screws are in high demand because I couldn’t find any online that would arrive sooner than a week or two. After driving around to three Best Buys, Ace Hardware, Lowe’s, and Home Depot, I finally thought, "Why not try a computer repair shop?"

I called JCO Computers, and Orca answered—super friendly and helpful right from the start. The tech confirmed they could help, and 10 minutes later, I had a few M.2 screws in hand! While I was there, I asked a few questions about setting up the M.2 drive, like whether I needed to partition it like the old-school hard drives. It’s been a while since I’ve worked on computers, but they patiently educated me and helped me out tremendously.

Now, my PC is running lightning fast, all thanks to JCO Computers. Highly recommend them!!
