Dorothy was very helpful and she is the only employee I want to deal with because of her kindness. I will call ahead before I shop, just to see if she will be working to help me. You can and will always get some kind of bargain when you shop at this store. Always greeted with a friendly smile from the workers. I don't use credit cards but will use a JCPenney card to get even more discounts on my purchases. And, That's A Fact! Although, I always pay off my card in full when I get the monthly bill. I shop here several times a year. Mostly during Christmas Time. When people compliment me on the clothes I wear, I just tell them "Where To Go"! And, I am not talking about hell. Hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe. JUST kiDDing! Seriously, though, I mean, if they only knew how inexpensive the shirt I am wearing really is. They would be very surprised. I can promise you that you will always find nice gifts to give someone whether it be for family members or friends.

Great assortment of clothing, shoes, jewelry, dresses for all ages, lingerie, home goods. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Other store employees seemed busy with their work and the security gentleman monitoring women's petite section seemed creepy. Prices were average, even with the sales. Recommend this store for your needs.

Found a JC Penny while we were visiting in ShowLow Az. I grabbed some adidas looking crocks and a few other items. Our wait time in line took “forever” and bcuz of a few customers having separate transactions and these two associates talking talking talking.. it was ridiculous.. it really should of been a “in and out” type of visit not a wait in line for 30 minute visit. Speed of service did suck though. I love my crocks though. They did have a lot of wonderful clothes to look at and shoes. Service just needs a little Pick me Up!
