Justin and his crew were amazing. He was quick to return my message regarding an emergency on the carpet in our living room. When we spoke on the phone, he had specific questions for me that helped him understand the problems and arrived exactly when he said he would. Once he and his assistant were in the house, he quickly got to work on assessing the problem areas. He surveyed and quoted the job and began tackling the problems. When the job was complete, the carpet looked and smelled brand new. The messes that were there when he arrived were completely gone and he was able to remove old ink stains from when a pen exploded from one of our dogs. I am so impressed with not only his professionalism but how kind and warm he was. He's a top notch businessman and will definitely be using his services again. Best carpet cleaning service I've ever had.

After remodeling two bedrooms in our house, we reached out to Justin at Jeff’s Chem-Dry for a carpet cleaning. During our remodeling, the carpets looked absolutely atrocious. There was joint compound and paint dried/stained in several spots. Justin was able to get us on his schedule quickly and knock out the job in less than two hours. Our carpets now look brand new! Our library had all types of stains on the carpeting. Justin did a demo on getting the stains out before we contracted with him. It was amazing! Justin was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Our carpet looks great - no more stains! Very highly recommend!!

Jeff came out and was able to give us a quick estimate for our office. Pricing was very reasonable and service was quick and efficient. The carpeting looks great and all furniture and fixtures were moved back into place. Carpet dried quickly and had little to no chemical smell. All-in-all a great experience.
