Jensen Environmental Management performed air testing in our home for asbestos. This company was very professional and well versed in asbestos related matters. I worked with both Erik and Brendan. Erik took time via email and phone thoroughly discussing my worries about asbestos as well as educating me quite a bit about asbestos. Brendan performed the testing, he as well also provided great insight. The air testing report that we received provided great detail. I highly recommend this company.

During my first home remodeling project, the floor installer refused to even start the job because he was concerned that the blackish layer he saw under the carpet's underlayment contained asbestos. I phoned Jensen Environmental Management and left a voicemail. Erik promptly phoned me and immediately eased some of my concerns. He was very helpful over the phone, patiently explaining a lot of details. He timely appeared at my home to gather some samples and spent even more time educating me on the risks. The next day, without me asking, he took the initiative to text me the negative lab results and quickly emailed me the lab results. I'll be able to proceed with my first home remodeling project with peace of mind. Overall, Erik was very professional and helpful. If I should ever encounter any such issues again, then Erik will be the first person I call for testing and should the unfortunate occasion arise, then I'd want his company to abate or remediate the issues. I highly recommend Erik and his company. Five stars!

Erik was my main point of contact at Jensen after carpet installers had a failed install due to 9x9 tiles under the older carpet. I could not have picked a better company to work with. In addition to great service from Erik, Kelly and Branden also were very professional in going about their business.

Everything was quick including getting the lab results confirming the asbestos. Hopefully, I never have to call them again, but if I ever did asbestos removed, I would definitely call them.

Excellent service and speed. We called Erik late on a Tuesday night and he was able to come to our home first thing Wednesday morning to take a sample. He got the results back to us by Friday morning. He was able to answer all our questions and was very professional and helpful.
