The 1st communication with Fernando via phone started professional and helpful. I was excited that I found something within my budget and free up some warehouse space. I later followed up with an email and pictures and things were still good. When I got the estimate from J&F and green light to move forward to coordinate the pick up, I reached out via text, call & email to Fernando and I have not received a reply back. I was extremely disappointed and I sent another text nicely asking him if they cannot do the service to at least be professional and transparent instead of allowing me to see that you have read my message via text and left a potential customer without a reply. SMH

I used Fernando and his son Brandon to demo a master bathroom. I must say they did a fantastic job. Without saying anything they layed down paper on my hardwood to lessen cleanup and protect my floors. Price was competitive and they were fast, efficient and friendly. I would absolutely use them again!

J&F helped me out in a pinch in April for a tiny job & I was super happy with them THEN.

However, I recently contacted them for a bigger job, received a quote, and we chose a date and time frame. AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Not only that, but no on responded to the all the phone, texts, and emails.
Even now, I have no idea why they completely stood me up.
Undependable and unresponsive? No thanks. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
