They are very unprofessional guy. I got second time my car here. First one day broke thread for the oil drainage plug second time I request to rotate the tire they broke the log nut.

I just came from there. The staff was quick and friendly. I got in and out of there pretty fast. My only issue happened when the young lady showed me the results of their inspection. She went down the list and told everything was okay. When she claimed the horn worked, I stopped her. I told her that was interesting because the horn hasn't worked on that car since I bought it over 7 years ago. So, she wasn't being altogether truthful. If they had checked the horn, she would have asked ''You know your horn doesn't work?" Honesty... even with the slightest detail, is important. Be honest in your work.

It is unbelievable that when I went to pay for my oil change I was told that Jiffy Lube no longer accepts cash. How is that even legal in our country? Also no one informed me of this ahead of time which is even more ridiculous.
