Guy these guys did a great job. I drive a fleet vehicle. These guys worked with the company to get my work truck totally taken care of. Oil changed rear diff drained cleaned and lubed as well as the transfer case they rotated my tires installed new filters both engine and cab. Thanks guys.

The gentlemen who work here were very helpful today. They did more at this Jiffy Lube and they have done at the more expensive car maintenance places I’ve been to. They also let me know everything else that needs to be done on my car in the future. I have a printed list of repairs that I can make when I am ready.

Got an oil change (maintenance light came on) and was given options for other maintenance issues that came up during the initial inspection, but never felt pressured. The manager was unfriendly and a scammer...if you ask me. I authorized a couple of filter changes. They did one but didn't have the 2nd one in stock, but they told me they would have it by tomorrow. I paid for everything and had a $15 coupon. Left, I came back the next day. They still didn't have the 2nd filter. The CS (Customer Service) apologized and asked if I could give them 20+ minutes to go get the filter and come right back and install it. I said OK. They did what they said they would do and installed the 2nd filter in less than an hour. When it came time to pay for the new filter, I told the CS that my first bill had a $15 deduction for my coupon, but there was a mysterious, non explainable addition to my bill for $15! Basically, it wiped out my coupon. I can guarantee you the manager told the CS to do it that way because he was giving me crap the day before about another coupon I found online that he wouldn't accept. He was trying to rip me off for a lousy $15! I guess that is how cheap a man's character is worth now a days. Luckily, the CS told me that the 2nd filter was free because of how I was billed. At least someone there had some ethics. So I graded the service as a 3 instead of a 1, which is what I would have graded them based on the managers attitude. But the CS saved the grade for the service he provided.

This store is under new management and I can’t say enough positive things about them! So friendly and professional. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and offered a tire rotation which I didn’t even know they did and I desperately needed! Super quick service and free popcorn. Awesome

Brakes and rotors. Spur of the moment I wanted my brakes looked at/fixed, so I called Jiffylube and went in 10 minutes later. They were polite, businesslike, friendly, and quick. Got new brakes and rotors installed while I waited. Price was as quoted even though bolts needed to be drilled out.

Recently I visited this Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change. At the time they offered to rotate my tires as well and I figured, "Sure! Two birds with one stone, why not?" I went out to lunch and what follows after I returned to retrieve my vehicle was disastrous at best.

I paid for services rendered, hopped in my vehicle and started to drive away... only to notice something was off driving down the road. I stopped mid traffic and thankfully someone pulled up beside me to confirm my fears - the tires were wobbling loose like you'd see in a cartoon. Somehow someway they had failed to tighten any of the lug nuts on any of my tires. Long story short eventually I managed to get my vehicle back to them to correct their error.

They assured me that they would make everything right. But I wasn't impressed. What followed felt like nothing more than a big cover up for their mistake. I didn't feel that they were trying to make it up to me at all. No refund of any sorts - they did offer a free oil change and tire rotation but after something like that my trust has been permanently damaged.

Fearing for the condition of my vehicle I took it to a third party for verification, which thankfully came back with no concerns.

The world is a harsh place but risking someone's mode of transportation in America is the same as jeopardizing their livelihood. Mistakes like this shouldn't be overlooked.

Personally I've learned a valuable lesson from this. From now on I'll remember to double check everything before I drive away.

Fastest and most friendly place I've ever had the pleasure of going to. One employee in particular, Matthew, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in the best working order. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Going back again! Hopefully when I do he's taking care of my vehicle again!

So I was told to come in half an hour from when I called. Came in to get things figured out for my oil change. I waited around five minutes to speak with someone and nobody was at the front desk. I saw that there was someone in the office behind the front desk, so I said pardon me. The guy working in the office named David said he was busy and shut the office door in my face without seeing what I needed. He was just on his phone texting and didn’t seem to care about customers service. So when I was helped by one of the gentleman working there, I asked them specifically not to remove any of the air filters because I was going to do it myself. They ended up removing the cabin filter which was filth and then reinstalled it which blasted me with a bunch of dust. When I picked up my vehicle I asked to speak with the gentleman in the office (David) who laughed and slammed the door again without ever speaking with me directly. I understand we are all busy and such, but the way they treat customers is appalling. Even with a 25% discount that I got through the local mail, the total cost came out to $132.54. I just needed my oil changed and didn’t need all the formalities. I wanted to support my local Show Low business, but I’m reluctant to endorse this establishment. Find somewhere else unless there’s no other alternative. I’m definitely going to speak with the corporate office soon because this kind of behavior is very unprofessional and should be addressed.
