I have never been to Jimmy John's, so I just listed 3 stars as neutral. I see a lot of 1 stars. I also see a lot of complaints of long wait time. At Subway, when you get to the end of the line, you pay and eat or pay and go. Either way you have the product in your hands in no more than about 5 minutes. They usually have only 2 people working. I will try JJ's to see for myself.

More than a half hour after placing my order the 32 dollar one sandwich order is still at the store. Fully understand being short staffed, but you have to at least let someone know and most importantly, not let a sandwich sit and get cold for over a half hour. (Toasted sandwich)

Got off work, had 4hrs to get home and was starving! Luckily, I stopped at this Jimmy John’s where the restaurant was super clean, the bathrooms were also clean and had Charmin toilet paper! The people at the counter were super nice and friendly, the person making my sandwich had a good sense of humor, and my sandwich was delicious, thank you!!

Sandwich was good, but bottom of bread was a bit hard. Music so loud that guy missed our drink orders and we had to order separately. Same problem with the 2nd couple with us...didn't hear the drink order and then totalled order before whole order placed. They need to have better training. Or less weed.

I have loved Jimmy John's since day one! They simply have some of the best sub sandwiches I have ever eaten and blows Subway out of the water! Mainly because they use only fresh unbelievable quality ingredients. They also bake their own bread and I am partial to the French bread. The bread is to die for! True Italian! The Italian sandwiches are my favorite but the tuna sandwiches are absolutely awesome also. When you leave Jimmy John's your belly is full and you are smiling big time! I've never been in one of their stores and experienced anything but friendly quality service also.

No I will not submit another form. The owner can read my review here. I don't want any discounts or free food. Food was not good. No talks at all in the restaurant. Not customisation off the sandwich. I had to ask for a bag for a to go sandwich. They had it half wrapped in paper with 10 napkins in his hand with zero direction of them.

The staff here was fantastic very welcoming. The store was extremely clean. Great place to stop with your family to take a break.
