This is a five star contractor! We had a construction defect issue which required demolition and re-construction of a substantial portion of our home. JLS sent out highly skilled competent crews and did an incredible job. The project manager was great with communication and really took care of even the smallest details. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

Well rounded organized staff and out in the field. There's much improvement needs to be done with staff members and out in the field as well do to language barrier and experience out in the field with certain trades. However that being said would recommend this company if you're looking for training and working locally.

JLS was contracted through my insurance company after a pipe broke causing massive amount of damage. JLS did a great job working with me on all the repairs and replacements. All the workers were friendly and helpful. Great experience with them.

Had a roof leak during the big storm and felt overwhelmed. JLS came out and correctly accessed the problem and professionally fixed it. I’m very impressive with their work ethic and their professional demeanor. Very polite, patient, professional, honest, and precise!! Shout out to Joe, Anthony, Chris, and Luis for doing a great job. Especially Joe, he took the time to explained the problem and educated me how the roof system works. Got great tips from him. Also, shout out to the front office that helped schedule and coordinate the work order. I truly appreciate all of you. Without a doubt, I’d recommend JLS to my friends and family for any roofing needs!

Builder had JLS to repair drywall due to a leaking PVC pipe. The service was great! Staffs are informative, polite, and paid attention to detail. The job was done in a professional manner. I definitely recommend this company based on the services I received.

I had a leak due to missed insulation on my AC lines during the construction of the new home. DR Horton partnered with JLS to come out and repair the leak. From the beginning to the end JLS was EXTREMELY proactive in reaching out to schedule appointments, they cleaned up the affected area, stopped the leak and did a really nice CLEAN job every step of the way. Ashley & Robert came out to do the initial assessment were very friendly and courteous. Today Alfonso came out and was able to replace the insulation, patch the drywall, texture and paint ALL within 4-5 hours!!! Alfonso is amazing and did all the work by himself!! Kudos to Alfonso and the folks at JLS. I HIGHLY recommend JLS for all your environmental needs!!
