We were on highway 10 with a U-Haul connected to our truck. One of the trailer tires lost its tread and we were able to get to this tire shop after hours. They were opened and were so helpful. Our tire got changed for a great price and we were on the road within 15 minutes. We were super happy we found them and that they are opened 24 hours. They even checked our other tires to make sure all were good.

Had two flat tires on the interstate about 20 miles from their location. JM Tire was very helpful in resolving my issues, even including driving me. to one of their competitors when they did not have the tire, I needed in stock. Edgar was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Travelling in a rental from Pueblo. Gridlocked for 3 hours. Enterprise said we were on our own when a tire went flat in Walsenberg.

Cody came out and aired up the tire and followed him back to the shop. Adam pulled the tire, found the damage and swiftly repaired it. We traveled 2000 on repaired tire with no issues.

Adam and Cody are rock stars that saved the day. Thank you gents. You saved us.

These dudes rock. Cody got some nice tires ordered for me. My girl went and had them put on the car. She just showed up at her convenience and they quickly took care of her. We'll be back for some other servicing that we need done. Good job. I could have gotten the tires a litte cheaper at Walmart, but I've bought from Walmart before. When we went back for a rotation, we were dealing with some clowns.

We were at Lathrop State Park with our 44', 5th wheel, toyhauler, when one of the park rangers told us she is hearing a metal rubbing on metal sound coming from the right, rear wheels.
Another park ranger suggested J.M. tires and they weren't that far. After calling them, we "squealed" on down to J.M. Sure enough, one brake had "grenaded"! (Meaning a spring must have come off, which messed up everything and the drum, brakes, another spring, etc. everything inside, had basically gotten hot... melted...and all smashed up!)
If we would have continued to travel over Wolf Creek Pass, it's possible that, that wheel would have locked up on us, and we could have lost a whole axle... and God only knows, depending on when and where it could have happened... we could have ended up loosing control and going off of the side of the mountain!
After brainstorming, because their go-to place in Trinidad didn't have the right parts... my fiancée found a place in Colorado Springs that had the parts. They just happened to have a buddy that they work with, already in the Springs! They (and we) contacted him, and he picked up the parts and brought them back! By then, they had been working on other vehicles, and it was getting later, so we ended up staying 2 nights right in front of their business. The next morning, Adam, who had been taking care of us, got everything put back together and checked our other brakes, lubed the bearings...he safety checked everything and had us on our way by 10:30.
We have to give kudos to Adam! He was literally hustling around to get jobs done! They do always seem to be busy... and it was hot outside... but Adam "got 'er done"!!!
They were all extremely polite...had some music on in the garage, but not blasting, like I've heard other garages do. Also, it was always "yes ma'am... yes sir".... never heard one cussword come out of any of their mouths!
I expected the bill to be about $1,500, because we were desperate and they soooo could have charged us more, knowing they would get the money! They didn't! It was a bit over $900!
The whole crew was always patient with all of my questions and always polite!
I also have to give kudos to God... he was watching over us, in that this happened before the worst thing could have happened... and we ended up in probably the only place in Walsenburg that could have taken care of us!

Thank goodness for small favors. Small Town came into view just in time for our transmission to almost go out. This shop was amazing about getting us up and going in three days with a new installed transmission. They did a great job on getting us up and going back on the road, as soon as they could. Very professional, no other issues with their work. Warranty to go with us home. I am very thankful that they where able to help us out. After stopping two other places with nothing or any hope. I will recommend them to any stranded traveler.

I went in to get wheel bearings repacked on my RV travel trailer. They told me it might take all day. They first acted like they didn't want to do it in the first place. All they had to tell me is the job was too tough for them. I ended up taking it to Big O tire on my way up north and was in and out in an hour.

Seriously cannot say enough about this shop and the guys that work there! Cody and Johnny are absolute life savers. Had a break down while passing through and they were able to get the issue figured out and get us back on the road for our holiday weekend! Thank you again so much!
