Awesome company to work with. From inquiry, to quote, to follow up, to install, all within a matter of days. Being a business owner, I recognize a professional company immediately. They instantly followed up to my inquiry on replacement of existing equipment. A tech came out the next day, and provided a full run down on everything I’d need. I had a quote in hand the next day and then received continuous follow up from Allison and Albert daily, answering any and all of my concerns. Once I agreed to the install, they were at my house within a few days. The install techs were super knowledgeable, timely, friendly and patient with my constant questions. As for price, I obtained three quotes total and their price was BY FAR the best. I’d highly recommend Johnson’s. We are thrilled to finally have a functional gate back.

Update, three months later, I was struggling with programming my keypad, one phone call to the office. I had a call back from rowdy within minutes and step-by-step instructions and continued to help until I got it right. I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of this company.

My family and I were very impressed with the dedication and professionalism exhibited during the installation of the 2 door operators and other finishing touches for a gate we own. Albert has been fantastic from when I emailed the photos of the previous gates before Dorian destroyed them and the dimensions between the pillars, during the installation and after the sale.
All completed over the phone and through emails fro Pittsburgh. When I arrived in Fla. to pick them up the were an exact replica of the previous gates but nicer.

You will NEVER find better quality and service than Johnson's Gate Openers owners and staff. As a single senior woman they have serviced and comforted my every little whim regarding my gate. They are truly supportive and stand behind their work. They DO NOT install and haul, they are ever ready to respond to any concerns or questions major or minor. Any small issues that I have had have been my own doing. They are great!

Always prompt professional service! Owner and wife very pleasant and quick to return calls and schedule service. Employees friendly and efficient. Excellent work and fast turnaround!
Had Johnson’s Gate Openers remove a Mighty Mule and Install a Viking solar gate opener system… Best Decision made ! They did excellent work and the new system looks so much better and is a lot more professional grade with a better mechanical system. Turn around from time we got quote to install was less than 2 weeks . Would 100% recommend.

Called to get a quote and arranged service. Owner ended being very homophobic and hateful towards my family. Was using gay slurs towards me and my husband. Wouldn’t recommend this company due to his hateful behavior.
