It's very unfortunate that I need to post this unfavorable review, because Jonas Energy Solutions is prominent in our community and I want to believe that small, local businesses are better. When our A/C went out a few weeks ago, we went to Jonas for just those reasons.

When the technician finished he took payment and left. A few hours later, I went around the side of the house to find that the technician had left all his tools, the replaced parts, knocked the cutout box loose on the wall, hadn't reinstalled the safety cover on the cutout switch, and had left the cover panel off the unit. These are MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES. The system was energized and 240 volts were running through exposed connections at the capacitor, exposing my family and property to a very real risk of electrical shock and fire.

What makes my experience even more frustrating is that when I called to speak to someone about this, a manager called me back, profusely apologizing and offered to refund a portion of our payment. That was over a week ago and I haven't seen any refund, or heard back from the manager, even after I sent him a second email. It seems that not only do Jonas technicians not make safety a priority, but their managers will pay you lip service. For these reasons, I do not recommend using Jonas Energy Solutions.

Jonas was very accommodating. They had their estimator out to look at our issue the same day. He was able to provide an estimate while at our house. In addition Jonas understood our problem and had a crew scheduled quickly to fix the problem. Thank you.

Claude Sorrells was at my house this morning at 11:00 and got right to work servicing all 5 of my HVAC units. He’s a very pleasant gentleman and very efficient. Needless to say, my wife has a lot of obstacles that Claude had to work around, he was very careful and very neat. When he completed servicing my units, you could not tell that anyone had been in our house working. I cannot believe how fast he completed the task and was on his way to the next job. I am a general contractor and I appreciate the efficiency of a good company and good employees. I always recommend Jonas for Heating and cooling jobs and I will stand by them 100%.

I made numerous calls to various "like" companies, but Jonas was able to meet our time frame. I appreciated how professional they were from the phone calls to actual service. We definitely feel their prices are honest as well, not price gouging like so many do in this field. Jonas will most definitely be our "GO To" if we're ever in need of their type of service's in the future.

Had my kerosene heater serviced today. Claude and Wes called to ensure if they could arrive an hour early , and showed up at the new time. Their knowledge and professionalism we through-the-roof. The minor issue with the unit was completely solved. I am transferring my HVAC system to this HIGHLY recommended company! A+++

We had Yohannes out today for a yearly maintenance on our Toyotomi kerosene heater. He was Excellent, very friendly, professional, went above & beyond to make sure all working parts were in order & functioning properly. He explained in simple terms if he seen a problem & how he was fixing it. Absolutely ? % EXCELLENT Customer Care. We recommend Jonas Heating for any of their services they provide & Yohannes for the service he provided today.

Jonas Energy rocks they are who I have a subscription for service for my HVAC they service it twice a year and keep it in tiptop shape so I don’t freeze or fry. I’ve also utilize them for my solar needs. They’re working on replacing my solar inverter at this time. I just placed the order and once it’s in subscribe to the solar subscription, Clifford is the best employee. I hope they treat them like gold & he deserves a raise! I feel comfortable with him in my home and I am a single woman. I feel comfortable with him in my yard when I’m not there. He always does incredible service with a smile and is really good about explain & answering my questions. Matt is a great employee also.

Jonas has a well trained staff, and are proficient at what they do. Their technicians are great. They have been my HVAC and hot water specialists for over 10 years. I am under their routine maintenance program. My only issue is when I signed up for the program it included the routine maintenance and inspection on my heat pump/air conditioner and my water heater. They did this for a couple of years then their management has since reneged on the water heater aspect and wants to charge a significant additional amount to perform the proper water heater inspection. It take about 30 minutes to do the inspection and cleaning each year. I still have a lot of respect for Jonas. They have in the past installed my kerosene hot water system and kerosene heating system, and performed some minor repairs and did an excellent job.
