If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very bad experience tonight at this place. This is my first time here on a Wednesday night and I’m truly disgusted with the level of service I received. The worker tonight was truly a disappointment. He showed no interest in serving us and only assisted his friend and held a machine for her. Matthew is this the new rule? If so that’s bad business. You have truly lost not 1 but 3 loyal customers.

Incredibly friendly and helpful. My first time there the owner took the time to walk me through all sorts of different options and flavors, letting me sample pretty much anything I wanted. He listened to my preferences and tastes and offered some solid advice. This is an all around great shop.

Every time I go in there it's always clean. And the same lovely girl is in there. She's heavy set, blind hair, glasses. She is always so friendly and polite.

If I could give it to zero Stars I would. The only thing that's a bigger joke than the guy running the place, is there comically outdated stock and insane mark-up. Very limited options on liquid and coils. Be sure not to make the same mistake I did, don't waste your time coming here. If it wasn't for the slots he has in the back, this place would have been out of business a long time ago. Also, don't ask to see the coils they have for sale, the owner will accuse you of being a spy for his competition lol what a joke!

Sorry to give such a low rating for a place that seems to have a lot of promise. I just hate false advertisements! Don't say you're closing at a set time and then totally make your own rules up about how the theory of time works! If you're open til midnite, STAY OPEN TIL MIDNITE! Not 9pm or even 11:52pm... midnite is midnite and some people get off work late and look forward to being able to buy juice that late. When you burn somebody like that, it lasts forever. Don't just waive away your prospects 8 minutes before you're closed, speaking thru a glass door saying "sorry, we're closed" or advertise a closing time online but once called you say you close at 9! Ridiculous!

Well, the vapor is first on the name, but it's obvious the gaming comes first. I'm just mad cause the vape shop was closed when Google said they were open till 11. There were no hours on their door, so I have no clue when they open today, so I will not be going there. Go to vape stop on Cicero, in Burbank. That place is the bomb
