I was given JRM's info from someone I know. Despite calling on a Tuesday afternoon (~3:30 pm), the office was closed. The guy I spoke with said he'd have the office manager in touch the next day. I never heard back. A week later, I finally had time to actively follow-up. The woman I spoke with cut me off and claimed she tried to follow-up, but the call dropped or something. So why didn't she try again? What a pathetic and unprofessional excuse. Then, in trying to explain what was going on to confirm whether JRM could in fact assist, the woman kept cutting me off and was generally rude.

EDIT: The owner's response is so disingenuous. Of course I wasn't nor will ever be a client. My review clearly stated I couldn't even get through the call to confirm whether they'd be able to help.

Had a potential mold issue at a rental that I own. Jenna & JRM was super responsive and helpful with reviewing what options we should consider. They scheduled the inspection for next day and got report about a week later that was very thorough and helpful.

These guys are amazing. They were fast and able to accommodate the time crunch we found ourselves in. We had a home inspection and had to have air sampling done for mold spores. They worked with us to get this time as quickly as possible. Extremely professional! Top notch service would recommend them to anyone!

I called JRM Environmental for help at my residence after being diagnosed by my doctor with "toxic exposure." I knew of JRM after they helped me years earlier with a potential mold issue at an office property I own in Scottsdale. I wish all service oriented companies operated like JRM. Their representatives are incredibly responsive and dedicated. If not for extensive testing that pinpointed high levels of insulation-related fibers and vapors my house, the illness I had been dealing with could have gone on for months. This is a brand new home that the builder was negligent in leaving dust and debris in the air ducts, exposed panels and compromised heating coils. Within a few days of doing their testing, Jason Marshall called me personally to let me know of the high levels of toxic materials pouring into my master bedroom, explaining the many symptoms I was experiencing. By the end of the week, I had a full report from JRM that included instructions for remedying the problems. Thanks Jenna and Jason for being such professionals and actually caring about their customers. I wish our home builder had the same integrity.
