First time using JTR and it was a good experience. Ben came out and quickly diagnosed the transformer was bad after a little back-and-forth troubleshooting. We discovered the thermostat wire had an issue with it. Also, all in all, they did a thorough job and were very upfront and completely respectful of my time. As a service guy myself "plumber". I completely appreciate the respect of my time and money they offered me to clean the condenser coils myself.Which I took him up on to save money and time.
Excellent overall experience and highly recommending Ben.

I have called before and they were more than happy to answer questions.I have which other companies do not.
So I will not be calling the other companies back.

Today we had Jesse come out and repair our furnace. He came at 7:30 am and in one hour had our furnace back up and running. He was very polite and explained how he repaired the furnace. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend JTR to anyone for furnace repair.

Terrible service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. AC went out on Monday 7/8. I called JTR at 3:50 and was told the office was already closed someone will call you tomorrow which would have been Tuesday. I called back on Tuesday at 330 and again was told the office was closed. I got a call Wednesday and she said that someone would come out between 12:00-2:00. I said that would be fine. I got a call from the technician and he asked if he still needed to come and look at my ac unit. I said yes and told me he would be here within an hour. Showed up 45 minutes later. Looked at ac unit. Said he was going to make a couple of phone calls. Disappeared for 30 minutes. Came back and said parts would be $895 dollars not including labor. He then told my husband to order the parts off Amazon and if my husband could hook up a PlayStation then he could put the parts in himself. Then charged me $110 dollars and still no air.
Thursday I called a different company. Came out in 30 minutes . The different company said that they would have to order the parts. I got a call the next day that my parts were in and with parts and labor would be $556 dollars. JTR was going to charge me 895 fir just parts not including labor.
Will never use JTR again.

I recently had a central air conditioning system installed by JTR Heating & Air Conditioning in my home. The installation was carried out by a team of professionals ( Buzz, Brian, & Trevor) who were not only highly skilled, but also very friendly and courteous throughout the entire process.

From the initial consultation to the final testing of the system, the team demonstrated a great deal of expertise and attention to detail. Scott took the time to explain the different options available to me, and helped me choose a system that was both efficient and affordable.

The installation itself was completed in a timely and efficient manner, with the team working diligently to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards. Keith, the manager even stopped by to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They were also very respectful of my home, taking care to clean up after themselves and ensure that everything was left in perfect condition.

Overall, I cannot recommend this team and company enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service truly set them apart, and I am grateful for their excellent work in installing my central air conditioning system.

I was blessed to receive a furnace cleaning and check today 1/23/23 by Technician Ben. I am so appreciative of this gentleman's professionalism and the clarity I received regarding my furnace. I truly, feel my service today was definitely a 5 out of 5.
Also, my call on Sunday was returned quickly and the gentleman I spoke with was professional and patient.
This is a Top Notch company with Top Notch Technicians. I now have a company I feel comfortable reaching out to for my heating and cooling services.

Five stars for JTR Heating & Air Conditioning. From start to finish Scott made the whole process comfortable and painless. We had new duct work and a new furnace installed in our basement. The entire team was responsive, on time, and clean. From the beginning Scott helped me through different options with pro’s and con’s for all. Never once was one item pushed on me, but instead I was given the information to make an informed decision. The whole process was a breath of fresh air as a customer, and if I ever need additional work/services, JTR will be the first company I call.
