I don't know what some of the other reviews are talking about because I think Jubilee has some great stuff. Yes, there's some furniture inside that should probably have been thrown up but most of it is in good to great condition and the prices are honestly some of the best that I've seen from used furniture stores.

There were several things I would've been open to take home with me if I was looking to furnish multiple rooms. I didn't see any couches or chairs that had gigantic stains. I didn't see leather furniture that was ripped to shreds. And most of all I didn't smell that thrift store smell that OTHER stores have. The piece of furniture I brought home didn't smell at all and for the vintage and rarity of it I feel like I got the deal of the century.

Wide variety of furnishings. Nearly all of it is in excellent condition. While the proceeds go to good charitable causes, some of the prices are way out of line. They accept donations, but their hours vary throughout the week, so scheduling a pickup (they come to you) or drop off of your donation is highly recommended if not necessary.

I purchased a dining room hutch from this store. It was exactly what I wanted and the people were so nice and friendly. Delivery was a piece of cake. Very nice

They initially confirmed their interest in the items after my mother sent several photos, only to deny them upon drop-off. This appears to have been a deliberate tactic to involve us in additional charges for removing free furniture they can profit off of entirely. The entire experience felt deceptive and frustrating. I do not recommend using them what so ever

I just received my Zion black and beige sectional sofa and it was in perfect condition. Had it Shipped from California to Louisiana. I was really nervous about that long trip and getting damage along the way, but when it came in, I was really impressed with the way it was protected. It was packaged extremely well so it took a long time to get it all unpacked. But definitely worth it. I highly recommend buying from Jubilee. Very modern and well built furniture. Customer service and the shipping department was also very responsive and kept me in the loop during the travel.

Place is OK. but staff is not good, I highly recommend not to go on Wednesday. They are not very welcoming.

I've found some pieces here, but more often not. They should make room in the store (and freshen the air!) by discarding some of the upholstered items/rugs, that are gross. Still worth a look if you're in the area and can find something fairly priced, as there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the pricing in this store. For example, anything Mid-Century Modern, regardless of condition gets a hefty markup. In fact, the store seems to be bursting at the seams with stuff and merchandise is not moving out the door like years ago. The staff have always been very nice and helpful.
