My AC went down on a Sunday afternoon during the hottest two weeks of the summer. It was terrible inside my house!
I called Jungle Cat early Monday morning and left a voicemail asking for help.
I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to make room for me because I knew they would be swamped with customers needing help just like me.
Anna from Jungle Cat called me back first thing after they opened and said that they would be at my house within the hour.
After they were done evaluating my broken AC system, they were able (against all odds), to locate a HVAC system that would work for me and get it completely installed by that Wednesday afternoon!

Very bad customer service. Will take your money and not do what they were hired to do. My home warranty put in a Service request for an AC unit not working properly and it took 4 calls and 5 days before they called to schedule me. They then took over a week to come back and install the part, which didn't even fix the problem.

I went out of town for a week and when I got back the issue was still not fixed. The request was resubmitted and again, they did not call me to schedule, I had to call them 3 times before I got a call back a whole week later. They couldn't get me in for another week and this morning, two hours before my appointment, they called and cancelled, saying their appointments for yesterday had to be moved due to weather so they also moved everyone else and had automatically rescheduled me for tomorrow.

I reminded them that I have been without AC for a month and should have been a priority appointment that should not be moved. I had cleared my morning, rescheduling three of my own clients to tomorrow to accommodate their schedule, and am not willing to reschedule them a second time. I asked them to honor the appointment they had scheduled with me, and they refused. I asked for a supervisor to call me.

Their manager refused to call and talk to me. Instead, they sent me very unprofessional TEXT MESSAGE stating they were cancelling my job. I already paid the trade call fee for this job, which was not done. So now I'm out my money with still a not working AC for a month in the summer in Arizona.

Our air-conditioning went out during one of our super-hot spells and Matt was able to get our unit going again. (it was 12+ years old) He cautioned us that the fix may last several months, or days. Matt has been our service person for almost 10 years, so I trust his words. Within a couple weeks we opted to buy a whole new unit. Figured it's better to replace it while the weather is nice, versus the chance our old unit could die in the middle of winter....or during our continuing hot temps!!
Matt and his crew arrived early in the morning and did an excellent job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. We are very happy with the new unit and with the service we received, and have received, from Matt and everyone at Jungle Cat!
